– 5 (five) years, already included the legal guarantee determined by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (art. 26, II) of 90 (ninety) days, for the following component: AC motor.

– 3 (three) years, already included the legal guarantee determined bythe Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (art. 26, II) of 90 (ninety) days, for the following components: chassis (except painting) and metal structures.

– 1 (one) year, already included the legal guarantee determined bythe Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (art. 26, II) of 90 (ninety) days, for other components, except parts subject to natural wear.

– 3 (three) months, legal guarantee determined bythe Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (art. 26, II) for the following parts subject to natural wear: straps, foams, batteries, belts, heartbeat sensors, adhesives, panel membranes, adjustment parts, boards, fairings, saddles, seats or backrests, transport wheels, rollers, pulleys, pedals and pedal straps.

In order to be entitled to the warranty, the purchaser must contact an authorized EMBREEX technical assistant as soon as they notice any non-conformities to the product. Itmust be available for inspection by the authorized technical assistant.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS:

1. The warranty shall apply only to defects communicated during the warranty period and only to the original purchaser of the product.
2. The purchaser must present proof of original purchase (purchase invoice).
3. In order to be entitled to the warranty, the purchaser must contact an authorized EMBREEX technical assistant as soon as they notice any non-conformities to the product. Itmust be available for inspection by the authorized technical assistant.
4. In order to be entitled to the special warranty, the purchaser must register their product on the website www.embreex.com.br/garantiaonline. If the registration IS NOT EFFECTED, ONLY the legal guarantee determined by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (art. 26, II) of 90 (90) days will be valid.
5. Costs involved inthe transport of the product to technical assistance shall run at the expense of the purchaser, whether the product is covered by this warranty or not.
6. The liability of this warranty is limited solely to the repair, modification or replacement of the product provided.
7. Embreex Ind. e Com. Ltda. is not liable for damages to persons, third parties, other equipment and facilities, loss of profits or any emerging damages.
8. Embreex Ind. e Com. Ltda. does not authorize any person or entity to assume on its behalf any other liability relating to the warranty of its products other than those contained in this warranty term.
9. Costsrelated to the installation of non-original Embreex parts or other accessories not belonging to the product are sole and exclusive responsibility of the purchaser, and are excluded from any warranty provided by Embreex.
10. Embreex Ind. e Com. Ltda. reserves the right to change the general, technical and aesthetical characteristics of its products without prior notice and without the obligation to make the same modifications to products already sold.

Legal and/or special warranty does not cover:

– Claims registeredout of the warranty period;

– Products without serial number or with serial number containing alterations or erasure;

– Products that have been subject to accidents, improper use or negligence, improper operation, improper transport and storage, maintenance that did not follow the specifications contained in the instruction manual;

– Products repaired or modified by third parties without prior and express authorization of Embreex Ind. e Com. Ltda;

– Costs related to the installation of the product, whether or not performed by Embreex Authorized Service or non-accredited entities or persons;

– Transport of the product to the place of installation;

– Expenses with manpower, materials, parts and adaptations necessary for preparing the placewhere the product shall be installed, including installation and/or alteration of the electrical grid, masonry, grounding and its adaptations, and others;

– Products and parts that damaged during transport and handling, as well as risks, dents or others caused bynatural disasters;

– Malfunctioning caused by problems in electric power supply.
