\u2013 5 (five) years, already included the legal guarantee determined by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (art. 26, II) of 90 (ninety) days, for the following component: AC motor.<\/p>\n

\u2013 3 (three) years, already included the legal guarantee determined bythe Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (art. 26, II) of 90 (ninety) days, for the following components: chassis (except painting) and metal structures.<\/p>\n

\u2013 1 (one) year, already included the legal guarantee determined bythe Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (art. 26, II) of 90 (ninety) days, for other components, except parts subject to natural wear.<\/p>\n

\u2013 3 (three) months, legal guarantee determined bythe Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (art. 26, II) for the following parts subject to natural wear: straps, foams, batteries, belts, heartbeat sensors, adhesives, panel membranes, adjustment parts, boards, fairings, saddles, seats or backrests, transport wheels, rollers, pulleys, pedals and pedal straps.<\/p>\n

In order to be entitled to the warranty, the purchaser must contact an authorized EMBREEX technical assistant as soon as they notice any non-conformities to the product. Itmust be available for inspection by the authorized technical assistant.<\/p>\n

  1. The warranty shall apply only to defects communicated during the warranty period and only to the original purchaser of the product.<\/li>\n

  3. In order to be entitled to the warranty, the purchaser must contact an authorized EMBREEX technical assistant as soon as they notice any non-conformities to the product. Itmust be available for inspection by the authorized technical assistant.<\/li>\n
  4. In order to be entitled to the special warranty, the purchaser must register their product on the website www.embreex.com.br\/garantiaonline. If the registration IS NOT EFFECTED, ONLY the legal guarantee determined by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (art. 26, II) of 90 (90) days will be valid.<\/li>\n
  5. Costs involved inthe transport of the product to technical assistance shall run at the expense of the purchaser, whether the product is covered by this warranty or not.<\/li>\n
  6. The liability of this warranty is limited solely to the repair, modification or replacement of the product provided.<\/li>\n
  7. Embreex Ind. e Com. Ltda. is not liable for damages to persons, third parties, other equipment and facilities, loss of profits or any emerging damages.<\/li>\n

  9. Costsrelated to the installation of non-original Embreex parts or other accessories not belonging to the product are sole and exclusive responsibility of the purchaser, and are excluded from any warranty provided by Embreex.<\/li>\n

    \u2013 Costs related to the installation of the product, whether or not performed by Embreex Authorized Service or non-accredited entities or persons;<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Transport of the product to the place of installation;<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Expenses with manpower, materials, parts and adaptations necessary for preparing the placewhere the product shall be installed, including installation and\/or alteration of the electrical grid, masonry, grounding and its adaptations, and others;<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Products and parts that damaged during transport and handling, as well as risks, dents or others caused bynatural disasters;<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Malfunctioning caused by problems in electric power supply.<\/p>\n
